Raisin Cake
Ingredients:
1 c. raisins
3 Tbs. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Cover raisins with small amount of water. Bring to a boil and simmer until softened. Let cool and drain. Cream butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients and milk. Bake at 350 in layer pans or 9x13" pan.
