Ingredients:
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) water-packed red salmon, drained
4 oz. part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 Tbs. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbs. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
