Shrimp Balls
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream chese, softened
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash Cayenne pepper
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) shrimp, broken or mashed, drained

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, adding the shrimp last. Chill, then form into balls. They can be rolled into chopped nuts.
* These can be frozen without the nut coating.
** They are better made a day ahead.
