Two-Corn Bread
Ingredients:
1 c. flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
2 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. baking powder
3 eggs
1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn

Directions:
Stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt. Beat eggs and cottage cheese till smooth; stir in corn. Add to dry ingredients; stir just till blended. Turn into greased 9x9x2" baking dish. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm.
