2 Tbs. salt
6 Tbs. lemon juice
6 Tbs. vinegar
4 Tbs. sugar

Directions:
Mix all ingredients until smooth; use to baste chicken, pork chops or ribs, as they cook on the grill. Any left over sauce will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.
