Soft Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
3 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbs. vanilla or 3 Tbs. lemon extract

Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and beat well. Add sour cream and dry ingredients and flavoring. Mix thoroughly. Drop by rounded tsp. on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
