Bacon Buns
Ingredients:
1 lb. bacon
1 medium onion
1 egg, beaten
Pepper
4 Pkgs. Pillsbury biscuits
1 lb. bacon
1 medium onion
1 egg, beaten
Pepper
4 Pkgs. Pillsbury biscuits
Directions:
Cut bacon finely and dice onion. Fry until bacon is partially cooked (do not make bacon crisp). Add pepper to taste. Separate the biscuits and flatten. Add approx. 1 tsp. bacon mixture and fold biscuit over. Make sure biscuit is sealed and place seam side down on ungreased jelly roll pan. Brush with egg. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Makes 40 rolls. Can be frozen after baking.
