Bacon-Cheese surprises
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
4 slices crisp diced bacon
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Bacon drippings

Directions:
Mix ground beef lightly with bacon, cheese salt and pepper; shape into 4 patties about 1" thick. Pan-fry over medium heat in bacon drippings 8 minutes on each side for medium, or until meat is done as you like it.
