Pumpkin Cheese Pie
Ingredients:
Combine:
1 pkg. (8oz.) softened cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Add:
1 egg
Mix well. Spread on bottom of deep 9" unbaked pastry shell.
Combine:
1 1/4 c. canned or cooked pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of salt
Mix well.
Blend in 2 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
Combine:
