Baked Custard
Ingredients:
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. milk
Dash nutmeg

Directions:
In large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla; blend well. Gradually stir in milk. Pour into 6 ungreased custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place custard cups in 13x9" pan. Pour boiling water around custard cups to a depth of 1".
Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Serve warm or cold. Store in refrigerator.
