Twice-Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 lg. baking potato
2 Tbs. butter
1 Tbs. milk
Dash of salt
3 oz. cream cheese, cubed
Paprika

Directions:
Bake potato. Slice potato in half lengthwise; scoop out centers, leaving 1/8" shell. Combine potato, butter, milk and salt; beat until fluffy. Stir in cream cheese. Fill shells; sprinkle with paprika. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
