Baked Lasagna
Ingredients:
1 lb. groun beef
1 med. onion, cooked
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
6 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
1 (no. 2 1/2) can tomaioes
1 can sliced mushrooms
Butter

Directions:
Brown meat and onions. Place a layer of noodles in a 8x12" pan. Cover with meat; add a layer of cheeses, tomato and mushrooms. Repeat layers. Dot with butter; sprinkle with additional cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
