Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients:
2 pork chops
2 Tbs. rice
1 can tomatoes
1 onion, sliced
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Brown the pork chops. Pour off fat and place in casserole. Put 1 Tbs. uncooked rice on each chop. Add tomatoes, sliced onion, salt and pepper. Cover and cook slowly at 350 for 1 hour.
