Baked Tomatoes
Ingredients:
12 small tomatoes
6 lumps butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbs. chopped dill or chives

Directions:
Cut tops off tomatoes and scoop out seeds. Fill with butter and herbs, season, and cover again with the tops. Bake in shallow dish, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
