Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients:
Beat slightly with a fork:

Stir in:
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. veg. oil
Sift together and add:
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Stir just until flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Do not overmix. Fold in 1 c. blueberries. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
