Ingredients:
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
3 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Pastry for 9" crust

Directions:
Mix sugar and butter together. Add egg, syrup and vanilla and combine well. Line 6 tart pans with pastry; place 2 large spoonfuls of mixture in each. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes or until pastry is delicately browned.
