Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
1cup margarine
l cup peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1 1/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1cup margarine
l cup peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1 1/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, beat together margarine and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in the sugars until smooth; then beat in the eggs and vanilla. In a small bowl, blend together remaining ingredients and add them, a little at a time, to the peanut butter mixture. Drop the dough by rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased
baking sheets. Bake 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheets and cool completely on wire racks. Store in tightly covered containers or
freeze.
