Ingredients:
1/4 c. half and half
1 egg
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 tsp. dill
1 pie crust, cut into 3" circles

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Fit crust circles into greased muffin tins. Mix egg and the half and half. Add dill. Put some cheese in each shell. Pour in the milk mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.
