Cheese Casserole
Ingredients:
6 oz, Velveeta cheese
2 oz. sharp cheese
3/4 stick butter
16 oz.large curd cottage cheese
2 heaping Tbs. flour
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Cut cheese and butter into small cubes. Combine with all other ingredients. Bake in a greased 2 qt. baking dish at 350 for approximately 1 hour. Let set about 5 minutes and cut into squares. Can be cooked ahead of time for 40 minutes, then reheated for 20 minutes.
