Chicken Liver Pate
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh chicken livers
3 Tbs. mayonnaise
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 Tbs. butter, softened
1 Tbs. finely chopped onion
9 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Cook livers, covered, in small amount of butter, stirring occasionally, till no longer pink. Put livers through a meat grinder; blend with remaining ingredients. Place mixture in a 2 cup mold. chill several hours; carefully unmold. Garnish with chopped hard-cooked egg, snipped olives or snipped parsley. Serve with crackers.
