Chicken with Dried Beef
Ingredients:
6 chicken breast halves
6 bacon strips
1/2 pound dried beef
1 pint sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts (optional)
1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Place dried beef on the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish.Wrap each breast with a strip of bacon and place on top of dried beef.If using fresh mushrooms or water chestnuts, add them next. Mix mushroom soup and sour cream. Spoon on top of chicken.
Bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
Makes 6 Servings

Cook Time: 2 1/2 hrs
