Chili Con Carne
Ingredients:
2 to 3 c. cooked kidney beans
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbs. chopped suet
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. flour
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 cloves garlic
1 minced onion
1 c. hot water
2 c. tomatoes

Directions:
Melt the suet and add the garlic and onion. When slightly brown, add the ground beef. Add flour, salt and chili powder to meat and blend together. Add the tomatoes and hot water. Cover and let simmer slowly for 1 hour, Adding water if necessary. Add kidney beans and bring to a boil.
