Chinese Hot Mustard
Ingredients:
1/4 c. dry mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. boiling water
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. dry mustard

Directions:
Combine mustard and sugar; stir in water and oil. Let stand 8 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 1/3 cup.
