Corn Casserole
Ingredients:
2 (16 1/2 oz.) cans cream style corn
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 (16 1/2 oz.) cans cream style corn

1/2 c. finely chopped onion

1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine cornmeal and remaining ingredients; stir into corn mixture. Pour into a lightly greased 11x7x1 1/2" baking dish. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
