Ingredients:
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
2 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs.melted shortening
Milk

Directions:
Mix together the ingredients and add enough milk to make a batter of the right consistency. Fry the pancakes on a lightly greased griddle.
