Crab Cakes
Ingredients:
1 lb. lump crabmeat
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
1/2 c. whipping cream
Dash of hot sauce
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs. fresh chopped parsley
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. unsalted butter
1 lb. lump crabmeat
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs. fresh chopped parsley
2 tsp. grated onion

Directions:
Mix crabmeat, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in bowl. Whisk eggs in small bowl. Whisk in whipping cream. Add hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and onion; mix well. Combine with crabmeat mixture. Shape into 4 large patties or 24 appetizer size balls. Saute in butter in skillet over medium heat until brown.
