Crab Melt-a-Ways
Ingredients:
7 oz. crab meat
1/2 c. margerine, softened
5 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbs. mayonnsise
4 English Muffins, split

Directions:
Combine crab meat, margarine, Cheddar cheese,cream cheese, seasonings and mayonnaise in bowl; mix well. Spread on English muffins; place on baking sheet. Broil for 3 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cut in fourths.
