Crabmeat Appetizer
Ingredients:
4 slices bread
Butter
1 can (6oz.) crabmeat
2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat the broiler. Remove the crusts from the bread and toast on one side only. Lightly butter the untoasted side.
Flake the crabmeat, combine with the mayonnaise and onion, and spread on the buttered side of the toast. Sprinkle generously with the cheese. Put under a hot broiler for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts and is lightly browned. Serve at once.
