Crabmeat Pasta Primavera
Ingredients:
1 lb. linguini
2 Tbs. salt
1 large clove garlic, split in half
1 large carrot, peeled and julienned
1 green peppewr, julienned
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 oz. lump crabmeat
1 lb. linguini
2 Tbs. salt

1/4 c. margarine
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 oz. lump crabmeat
Directions:
Cook pasta according to pkg. directions,along with 2 Tbs. salt and the garlic. Drain the pasta and remove the garlic.Spread the cut vegetables in a glass baking dish. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, or steam on top of stove for 2 minutes. In a large pot melt margarine. Add remaining ingredients, exxcept crab. Add drained pasta and toss to coat with the sauce. Fold in drained vegetables and crab and serve immediately.
Makes 4-6 Servings
