Creamed Chicken
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbs. flour or cornstarch
3 Tbs. butter
1 Tbs. minced parsley

Directions:
This is good served on waffles, toast, rice, mashed potatoes or noodles. Heat to boiling: milk(1 1/2 c.), chicken, salt and pepper. Pour and stir into very hot milk and chicken mixture (do not boil while adding): 1/2 c. milk and flour mixture. Boil about 1 minute. Add 3 Tbs. butter and and 1 Tbs. minced parsley.
