Creamy Fudge
Ingredients:
2/3 c. (1 small can) evaporated milk
16 marshmallows
1 1/3 c, sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a saucepan, stirring the mixture constantly. Heat it to boiling and boil it for 5 minutes only. Remove it from the heat, then add the chocolate, stirring until it is melted. Stir in the vanilla and walnuts. Spread the mixture in an 8" pan and cool it until firm. This recipe makes about 2 lb. of fudge.
