Fudge
Ingredients:
8 Tbs. cocoa
4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
8 Tbs. butter
8 Tbs. cocoa

Directions:
Place cocoa in large pan and rub to a smooth paste with part of the milk. Add sugar, butter and remaining milk, except for 1/2 cup. Place on stove and bring to a boil. Add the rest of the milk and cook until it reaches the soft ball stage (about 10-15 minutes). Use a candy thermometer for accuracy. Take from stove and add vanilla. Beat with a spoon for a couple of minutes. Pour into a grerased 9x13" cake pan.
