Creole Shrimp


1 small onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, cut in strips
2 Tbs. butter, melted
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 small can mushrooms
2 c. cooked shrimp
Salt to taste
Rice, cooked


Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter until tender. Add soup, water and mushrooms. Simmer until flavors are blended. Add shrimp; cook for 10 minutes. Add salt. Serve over hot steamed rice.
