Delicious Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
6 med. sized potatoes
1/4 green pepper
1/4 red pepper or 1/4 c. pimiento
5 green onions with about 3" of green
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Melt butter in the milk. Do not boil. Grate the potatoes, peppers and onion. Put into 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Pour on milk.
Preheat oven to 200 to 250. Bake casserole 4-6 hours. Add more milk if necessary.
