Easy Panfried Tomatoes
Ingredients:
4 firm ripe or green tomatoes
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter

Directions:
Cut tomatoes into 1/2" slices. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dip tomatoes into flour mixture. Heat butter in 10" skillet until melted. Add tomato slices; cook, turning once, until golden brown.
Makes 3-4 Servings
