Egg Custard Pie
Ingredients:
1 9 inch pie crust
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 20 - 30 minutes.
For an exceptional pie, cover the bottom of the crust with black raspberries before pouring the ingredient mixture into the crust.
Makes 6- 8 Servings
