Festive Beef Tenerloin
Ingredients:
4 beef tenderloin steaks (about1 1/2" thick)
1/4 c. crushed saltines
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbs. minced fresh parsley
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Place steaks on a greased broiler pan. Broil 3-4" from the heat for 8 minutes on each side. Combine cracker crumbs, mayonnaise, parsley, horseradish and pepper. Spread over steaks. Broil 2-6 minutes longer or until meat reaches desired doneness.
