Fluffy White Frosting

Ingredients:

2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup

Directions:

Put the egg whites in the top of a double boiler, and add the sugar and white syrup. Beat the mixture over boiling water until it is thick enough to support the egg beater upright. Then spread it over the cake and swirl it. It will stay soft.
