Ham Loaf
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground fresh pork
1 lb. ground cured ham
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 egg,beaten
3/4 to 1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. oat bran
1/8 tsp. pepper
Sauce for top of meat:
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. seedless raisins
1 lb. ground fresh pork

Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients and shape into loaf. Pour sauce over meat and bake at 325 for 3 hours. Baste sauce over meat occasionally.
