Ham Loaf
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
1 lb. ground smoked ham
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 Tbs. mild mustard

Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Combine first 5 ingredients; shape into a loaf in baking pan. Blend sugar and remaining ingredients; pour over loaf. Bake 2 hours, basting occasionally. Spoon excess fat from drippings; serve remaining sauce over ham loaf.
