Hearty Potato Soup
Ingredients:
4 c. diced potatoes
2 c. diced celery
1 c. peas or diced carrots
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 pkg. George Washington Golden Seasoning
6 slices bacon
3 to 4 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
1/2 to 1 c. chicken stock
3 to 4 c. milk
Parsley for garnish
4 c. diced potatoes

1 c. peas or diced carrots
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 pkg. George Washington Golden Seasoning

3 to 4 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
1/2 to 1 c. chicken stock
3 to 4 c. milk
Parsley for garnish
Directions:
Cook potatoes, celery and carrots in water to cover. When almost tender, add peas and seasonings. Continue cooking. Fry bacon until crisp. Remove and drain. Saute onions and add to vegetables. Add milk and chicken stock when all the vegetables are soft. Bring to a boil and add crumbled bacon, hard-cooked eggs and parsley.
