Meat Loaf
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 Tbs. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 lb. ground beef

1 sm. can mushrooms
1 Tbs. mustard

Directions:
Combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs, tomato paste and mushrooms. Add remaining ingredients; thoroughly mix with hands. Place in a loaf casserole. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until meat is done.
