Meat Loaf for One
Ingredients:
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. frozen corn, thawed
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
4 oz. ground beef
2 oz. bulk pork sausage
1 to 2 Tbs. ketchup

Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Add meat and mix well. Shape into a 5x3" loaf. Place in an ungreased shallow baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 15 minutes. Drizzle with ketchup. Bake 20 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink.
