Salmon Loaf
Ingredients:
1 16 oz. can salmon, drained
1 c. herb seasones bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/3 c mayonnaise-type salad dressing
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Flake salmon into bowl. Add bread crumbs, eggs, green pepper, onion. celery, salad dressing, milk, lemon juice and salt; mix well. Pack into lightly oiled loaf pan. Set in larger pan of hot water. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove to serving plate.
Makes 4 Servings
