Turkey Loaf
Ingredients:
1 c. broken spaghetti
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. cooked turkey, diced
1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
2 Tbs. butter, melted
3/4 c. grated American cheese
1/4 c. diced green pepper
3 Tbs. chopped pimiento
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. broken spaghetti
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. cooked turkey, diced
1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
2 Tbs. butter, melted
3/4 c. grated American cheese
1/4 c. diced green pepper
3 Tbs. chopped pimiento
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions:
Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water; drain. Combine spaghetti with remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Turn into a greased loaf pan or a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Set in a pan of hot water. Cook at 300 for 1 hour. Serve plain or with mushroom sauce.
