Mincemeat Fruit Cake
Ingredients:
1 pint mincemeat
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda in 1 Tbs. vinegar

Directions:
Cream together sugar and shortening. Add egg and mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Place batter in a baking pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
