Ingredients:
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powdwer
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbs. oil
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, beating well. Stir in nuts. Turn into 9x5x3" loaf pan. Bake at 350 for about 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until done. Remove from pan; cool on rack.
