English muffin, split
Mayonnaise
Bacon strips
Sliced provolone cheese

Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter, garlic and white wine to taste. Toast muffin and spread with mayonnaise, top with mushrooms, bacon and 1/2 slice of provolone cheese for each half. Put under broiler until cheese melts.
