Cherry Crumb Cake
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2(21 oz.) cans cherry pie filling
Topping:
1/2 c.flour
1/2 c.sugar
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2(21 oz.) cans cherry pie filling
Topping:
1/2 c.flour
1/2 c.sugar
2 Tbs. butter
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar and eggs. Alternately add flour, mixed with baking powder and salt with milk. Add vanilla. Spread half the batter in a 9x13" pan Spread 1/2 cherry pie filling, rest of batter and the pie filling again. Sprinkle with your favorite crumb topping and bake at 350 until done.
