Oster Stew
Ingredients:
2 green onion, chopped
1 Tbs, fresh celery leaves, chopped
2 Tbs. butter
1 pt oysters, undrained
1 qt. half & half
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Saute onions and celery leaves in butter; add oysters and their liquid. Cook over low heat 3or 4 minutes or until edges of oysters curl. Add half and half, salt and pepper and heat thoroughly. Serve with crackers.
